If Fair Oaks doesn't have your car on their lot Craig will find it quickl past 15 years and I have worked with Craig via email and phone every time. Working with Craig and, more recently, Serafin has always been an enjoyable experience and I have always been treated in a professional manner. I know that I will receive a fair deal on every purchase (I never felt this way when working with other Ford dealers in the area). Craig Holsman was patient and trusting as we narrowed down our search. We took several test drives over the course of 3 weeks. Craig never became pushy to close the deal. In the end we got a great pri down our search. We took several test drives over the course of 3 weeks. Craig never became pushy to close the deal. In the end we got a great price on what we expect to be a terrific car (Ford Edge Limited AWD). Only time will tell on that part.
