I noticed a pressure change in the rear left tire in the morning and called Perimeter Porsche asking to fix the problem. I was immediately offered by Sergey Marinin to stop by, which I did. They did everything they told me they would. Only issue is they are backed up and it takes a long time to get an appointment. The services needed on my car were not fully explained to me. I was unaware a loaner car was needed until I showed up. Even after returning the loaner car my assign service person didn’t make any effort t me. I was unaware a loaner car was needed until I showed up. Even after returning the loaner car my assign service person didn’t make any effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. I just think the communication fell short. At drop off service person did nice job trying to fix what happened, and did an excellent job mitigating what had happened. More

Yes, BUT...Since Covid, the service at this dealership Yes, BUT... Since Covid, the service at this dealership has gone down. I waited for a month to get my car serviced because I needed a loaner. When Yes, BUT... Since Covid, the service at this dealership has gone down. I waited for a month to get my car serviced because I needed a loaner. When I got to the dealership, they informed me that a loaner wasn't available. I should have been informed before I got there. They didn't rectify the situation for me. However, when my husband called and pitched a fit, they sent a guy over to my work place with a car and picked mine up. REALLY?!? I used to be able to get my rims buffed out. Now, i have to bring it in on a special day of the week. I used to be able to get my car detailed. Now that needs a special appointment. I don't expect Porsche to suffer from the same work shortages as other places - they should pay more and provide a good work environment. I am a retail owner to the wealthy in Atlanta - I know what I have to do to keep my people to service them correctly. Porsche should too. Honestly...I almost drove my car over the Jerry Peak at Mercedes and traded it in so it's a good thing that at least you did the right thing when my husband called. More
