The problem here is what I’ve experienced with all other dealerships. Upfront, highly communicative and responsive, but when you get on site there is very little attention and respect for the customers time dealerships. We waited around for quite awhile after we said we wanted to negotiate because the car was not as expected (dirty and AC wasn’t cold). The manager came by to say he couldn’t do anything about the price, but he was open to a discount on the maintenance plan, which seemed extremely overpriced anyway and we passed. The car went away to be taken care of by the service dept, but when it came back we were told it was all set but no one knew exactly what was done. Car also didn’t have its floor mats and no one knew what happened to them. Sergio was a high point and did a nice job. Communicative and seemed to know his role very well. More
