Always a pleasant experience! I have purchased 5 new cars from this dealership and the sales, finance, and service folks are always a pleasure to deal with. The helpful dealership. I have been looking for a Jaguar XJ for about six months now since my lease was nearing its end. They just happen to have my color combination on the Jaguar I was hoping to find, it was meant to be mine. Younger Nissan is my dealership no matter what kind of vehicle I'm looking for. The team there are great and they make buying a car easy. No aggressive pushy salesman. Thanks again to all the guys that helped me with my deal, Mike, Kevin, and Edward. Great bunch of guys. Disappointed I bought a Nissan Rogue 2011 at Younger Nissan in Frederick, MD. They told me it was a 4 cylinder vehicle. That's not true. After 4 months, after so m I bought a Nissan Rogue 2011 at Younger Nissan in Frederick, MD. They told me it was a 4 cylinder vehicle. That's not true. After 4 months, after so many e-mails I got from them, I went to the dealer because my back tires are making noise when I make a turn. Long story short, they ask for $1,600 to fix a car they offered me as a "certified pre-owned". I was there from 8.00 am 'til 2:30 pm. Steve Farley told me he might put me in a different vehicle. I said "let's do it". Then, this guy Kevin Caudell thought like he was doing me a favor at all times. Terrible customer service. If I don't ask, they don't do anything. I just gotta fix the car somewhere else. At the end of the day, they 're just focused on sell the car. Period. Service? Customer satisfaction? Complete B.S. More

excellent staff both in sales and service. my son has a Nissan titan which I borrowed a few times. enjoyed the truck very much. when time for a new vehicle for me I chose the Murano. my hu my son has a Nissan titan which I borrowed a few times. enjoyed the truck very much. when time for a new vehicle for me I chose the Murano. my husband also bought a new vehicle from this dealership - a Nissan frontier. I just recently traded my Murano in for a new 2015. The staff was very helpful - in that they got me into my new vehicle and my payments only increased by $20.00 per month. When our vehicles were serviced by this dealership we were always told the estimated cost up front and were also given a call prior to work being performed. we have never been hit with hidden charges of any kind and the work performed was excellent. the dealership is very clean, airy and roomy. The service service bays also seem very clean. In all - we just like this dealership and will continue to buy from them in the future. More

Very Good experience for the past 2 years I bought a new Nissan Sentra in 2013 and have been taking it for the regular maintenance schedules regularly. The car buying experience was very good I bought a new Nissan Sentra in 2013 and have been taking it for the regular maintenance schedules regularly. The car buying experience was very good compared to what I had experienced at other dealerships in Frederick. I previously bought 2 new cars at Shockley Honda and was not satisfied with the car buying experience there. In addition, I wasn't happy with Honda' service department either. The regular oil changes at Honda would take over 1.5 hour for example. They would always try and sell me on unnecessary repairs because I'm a female. Little do they know my friend is a mechanic and I would always follow up with him before getting any of the repairs done. The overall experience at Honda was so frustrating that even though their cars are very reliable, I decided to give Younger Nissan a try. I am very happy that I picked Younger Nissan indeed. I've waited 2 years to write a review since my original purchase because I wanted to see how they were going to treat me in the service department. I can honestly tell you that Sergiu is extremely polite and very customer friendly. To this day, the team has performed oil changes and the regular maintenance schedules with good care and always in a timely manner. I have yet to wait for over an hour every time I've had to come for repairs. The Sentra has over 40,000 miles and is running great. I won't deny that Honda cars are good; they are very reliable cars. However, I highly recommend any Nissan cars as they are just as reliable. You will have a much better experience overall if you go to Younger Nissan. Give them a try, you will not regret it. One of my Honda car is about to expire and I am considering going back to Nissan for one more purchase. I know the difference from a bad car buying experience to a good one. You will not get a much better experience at Younger Nissan and I highly recommend them. More

Greatest car buying experience---EVER! my visit to Younger resulted in a purchase that was not planned, but the deal was so good that I chose to buy. Took my car in for 30000 mile service and walked the lot. Saw some great deals clearly marked on vehicles with 0% for 72 months so I figured now was a good time to get another vehicle since my son now has a learners permit. found the car I liked and got a great year end clearance price. Sales rep Bill Braswell was extremely helpful throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Ask for him if your at the dealership--he won't let you down. The whole process was fast and efficient. Least amount of time I ever spent buying a new car! It was worth it too!!! Kevin was also very instrumental in our purchase. He made sure we got the deal we were satisfied with--kudos to him for giving us a great deal with numbers we were comfortable with. Even the finance people are easy to work with. Eric(?) was very professional and pleasant--did not try to sell us stuff that we did not want or really need. Fast too--didn't sit around waiting to sign paperwork. He had everything ready in a flash, so we didn't have to spend extra time at the dealership. We were out enjoying our new car in no time at all! Sergiu in service dept is the best. He always takes the time to explain everything and takes care of our needs in a fast, efficient manner. Love their service. Keeps the pathfinder in tip top shape. Our new sentra will also go there for service. More
