He was so concerned about my safety in the vehicle and took extra time to make sure I understood how to work the features. When he gave me all of my paperwork he said "Make sure you don't leave this in the car as it has all of your personal information". He was a true professional and it was a joy to work with him. I don't think the entire transaction from when I stepped on the lot to look at the cars to when I drove off the lot was 3 hours. The finance person I worked with was also wonderful. I did need to bring the car in for service 4 days later. The service people were ok. They were more concerned about getting me off the in and out of their office then being concerned about a car with less than 250 miles not starting. Steven Barba paved the way and was waiting for me when I got to the dealership. HE was exceptional again and got me into the service area and out the door within minutes. If not for him I would have been waiting. When I picked up the car the next day the service people said. "Gee we are sorry that happened, so surprised on a car that has less than 250 miles on it". Nothing about what can we do about you having to take time to jump start my BRAND NEW CAR and having to take time out of my day twice to come and get it fixed. Not happy with that at all. The car was so dirty when I picked it up. They did not even try to clean it as a courtesy. Very shocked that they didn't try to make amends for having to deal with an issue after having the car for 4 days... More
