Customer Service Excellence Was having an issue with the Bluetooth while using hands-free calling, not being able to hear the phone ringing or the other party when they answered. Was having an issue with the Bluetooth while using hands-free calling, not being able to hear the phone ringing or the other party when they answered. They could hear me but I could not hear them. Kevin took the time just before the end of the day to cheerfully take a look at the issue. Within 10 minutes he had the issue resolved and I was on my way. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the Service Team for always being there and giving awesome customer service. More
