Two different parts ordered wrong I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer on the 10th 2019. It was supposed to be picked up a week earlier but when they went to install the new tow bar, they I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer on the 10th 2019. It was supposed to be picked up a week earlier but when they went to install the new tow bar, they found out not only did they bring in the wrong one but not until after a hole was cut into the bumper for it lights hook up. So had to order the correct hitch package and a new bumper. The head rest in the 3rd row where broke, wrong parts ordered agin, after two trips they were finally installed, but the leather was torn during installation, so back again to get that repaired. More

Good buying experience and service experience When I was buying the truck the sales staff as a whole was great. The finance team was quick and direct. Service has been great obviously you pay a bi When I was buying the truck the sales staff as a whole was great. The finance team was quick and direct. Service has been great obviously you pay a bit more but you pay for what you get. The shuttle service is nice, giving me more options to get to work. The shuttle drivers communicate well with pick up times and expectations. They do not speed and make it clear on when they can try to pick you up. On to the things that could be better. Their has been an over a month wait on service appointments for close to two years now. You do have the drive up fast lane that is first come first serve but that only makes it worse. I think it’s time for an expansion to increase the capacity. I understand it’s millions of dollars but in the long run it will pay off for your customers and more importantly your employees. I will say this being one of 12 cars waiting in the fast lane line at 6:30 am. Most of the employees didn’t seem like they were happy we were there. I think some of that push could be avoided if more appts were available. More

Anytime I hand to take my vehicle to be serviced, I know I’m going to receive the best service possibly! It saddens me that I will be moving to Kentucky in September because I can’t see another Ford dealership catering to my needs as this one does! I’ll be popping in periodically to say heyyy! Keep up the awesome work!! More

Amazing people! Mike Lusk the diesel technician was amazing. He had my truck diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was out of town pulling my fifth wheel and Mike Lusk the diesel technician was amazing. He had my truck diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was out of town pulling my fifth wheel and my turbo hose came apart and we would have been stuck without him. I only wish this dealership was in Kentucky were I live! More
