RS service I took my car to Van Bortel Ford on recommendation of other RS owners who reported the tecks had done many recalls on the head gasket. I was sc I took my car to Van Bortel Ford on recommendation of other RS owners who reported the tecks had done many recalls on the head gasket. I was scheduled right away and provided a loner car. I was called during the repair with updates. This spring I discovered an oil leak related to the head gasket service. With one phone call I was booked and the car was back in for diagnostics. The source of the oil leak was determined and it was repaired as soon as parts were available. I was contacted with updates along the way and back into my car by the end of two weeks. Service department is very friendly and good about staying in touch. Got to meet the Texh working on the car too. A big thanks for figuring out what was wrong and getting me on the road. More

Great service department I had taken my truck to 2 other dealers and was told there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to Van Bortel and they immediately said there was a T I had taken my truck to 2 other dealers and was told there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to Van Bortel and they immediately said there was a Tech bulletin from Ford about it. The service manager drove my truck to verify the issue and that it was related to the Tech Bulletin. They scheduled an appointment and fixed the issue . Runs like new again! More

Th My family has ALWAYS been happy with the way Van Bortel dealerships are run. Recently we had our f150 in for some pretty extensive engine concerns. The repair took longer than expected, but it seems to have been fixed properly. Additional parts were needed which lengthened the wait, which honestly surprised me. This repair was done without an appointment it should be noted. If we waited for an appointment, it could have taken almost a month most likely. After picking up the truck, it was found to have two additional issues. One was a not/ disconnected hose in the turbo plumbing. Two, missing bolts that fasten the inner fender well to the truck. Neither issue would stop me from returning to this dealer. Kitty and her staff always take care of the customer. The same can not be said of many unfortunately. She trains her staff very well, and knows what it means to serve the public. More

Quality service, if you can wait Van Bortel Ford does quality service for my 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Their service pricing is fair, but not the lowest. They have far better customer Van Bortel Ford does quality service for my 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Their service pricing is fair, but not the lowest. They have far better customer service than other Ford dealers in the area. But, you may have to wait longer for them to do the work as they are always busy. Always! More
