Great experience with service! We had a warranty issue with our van and the service department was great! I called to make an appointment and she was very nice and accommodating on the phone! Great service, honest and trustworthy staff. I had my snow tires put on at a different shop; they said my rotors needed to be replaced. I took my car to Van Bortel for an oil change and they said my roto snow tires put on at a different shop; they said my rotors needed to be replaced.
