The service was fine until I discovered the tech that took care of my truck damaged every wheel. Then the service manager said I was lying and that they didn't do it eventhough you can see clearly this w took care of my truck damaged every wheel. Great experience with service! We had a warranty issue with our van and the service department was great! I called to make an appointment and she was very nice and accommodating on the phone! They gave with our van and the service department was great! I called to make an appointment and she was very nice and accommodating on the phone! Great service, honest and trustworthy staff. I had my snow tires put on at a different shop; they said my rotors needed to be replaced. I took my car to Van Bortel for an oil change and they said my roto snow tires put on at a different shop; they said my rotors needed to be replaced. I took my car to Van Bortel for an oil change and they said my rotors, which only have 10,000 miles on them, were perfectly fine as I expected. I’ve never had an issue with their service department.
