After I waited 2 hours & they told me my car was ready to go we realized that they didn't fix the problem with my tailgate door. I had to wait another hour and then was told that I had to leave my car and co go we realized that they didn't fix the problem with my tailgate door. They gave me a loaner car & I was told that I had to pay for gas after I wasted 3 hours & had to waste another 2 hours the next day to get my car. The next day I had to call twice to find out the status of my car. They could not fix the problem but I needed my car back so I drove out to get it.
