I did find it interesting that Ray's colleague told me.I needed to wait for my original advisor to handle the checkout; she didn't seem eager to assist me. What if Ray had stepped out or if his shift was over when I returned to pick up the vehicle? It didn't turn out to be an issue because I only waited about 2 minutes for Ray. More
