If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, heck if you simply need your BMW serviced i would highly recommend Pacific BMW. No business is perfect, but this dealer went out their way to ensure heck if you simply need your BMW serviced i would highly recommend Pacific BMW. No business is perfect, but this dealer went out their way to ensure my frown was turned upside down. I would like to thank Sevak(Director of sales) Frank( salesman) Thomas(manager), Gary(finance mgr) and Manik( my service advisor). I live about 40 minutes from this dealer and I believe there's 4 other BMW shops closer. That being said, I will be handling all my future transactions at Pacific BMW. Yes, they showed they cared that much for me to come to this decision. More
