The finance manager was very friendly at first but his demeanor changed after we decided not to buy any of the six different warranty products offers to us. Hope, the lady that gave us an orientation of all of the vehicles tech and features, was very informative and fun. We left having zero questions about how anything in the car worked which was great. They’ve earned our future business even though we’re in Orlando and have other dealers closer to us. More

Since the disgusting and shameful lack of concern that has been exhibited since the incident occurred, I have made it a point to share my unfortunate experience with everyone as an example of how careless some businesses are with covid precautions.
