Working with Sham was seamless. He was friendly, efficient, no tricks or games. Handled as much as he could remotely so we didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. He's probably the first salesman to ever accomplish that for me. The Finance Manager was equally as easy to work with and helped us get the best deal on the car. I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships that act as though they are too rich and too busy to care about getting new customers. I didn't get this feeling from Empire at all and would definitely revisit. More
