problems at every service call The first time I took my 911 for service, they put a bad scratch on my hood. Yes, they then repaired and required a repaint situation. Next time, I The first time I took my 911 for service, they put a bad scratch on my hood. Yes, they then repaired and required a repaint situation. Next time, I needed a special seal for my trunk. That took weeks to get the right one in. I left no feed back trying to keep open minded. In the end there were many scratches left in the paint where they were working. Again promised to bring back for detail.... Next I had service and tires replaced and it took a couple of days ( I did not care, they are always generous with a loaner car). When I picked up my car, it had water spots really bad on the passenger side ( left outside by the sprinklers). Again promised to do a detail service. I come back to this shop because of loyalty and the customer service reps. I also know how important it is to keep consistant service records after all, I bought the car there. Not sure what I'll do next. More

Slow service. My 2017 911 c2 had antifreeze leak at 4000 miles and I took it to Fresno porsche and was told that it was the infamous o ring leak and was replaced an My 2017 911 c2 had antifreeze leak at 4000 miles and I took it to Fresno porsche and was told that it was the infamous o ring leak and was replaced and fixed. I noticed the antifreeze level was lowered slowly and some dry antifreeze seen at the chassis at 8000 miles. Now it was the water pump and then the seized drain tube which took 5 days to get parts and fixed. More
