In the Customer Service Business I live in Dallas and after some poor experiences with local dealers, I found that Street had the exact car I wanted. I was able to complete the trans I live in Dallas and after some poor experiences with local dealers, I found that Street had the exact car I wanted. I was able to complete the transaction over the phone (including a trade-in). James, my sales person was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Although we didnt need to visit in person, my wife and i wanted to see the car before we took delivery. (Since I work for an airline, it was easy to make a day trip from Dallas to Amarillo.) James picked us up at the airport, fed me and my (pregnant) wife because we had missed lunch and then dropped us off after our visit. I also need to give a shout out to July who gave us a very through walk through of all the technological features on the car. Customer experience was top notch and I'd recommend anyone looking for a VW to give Street a call. More
