They were never pushy or aggressive, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The quality of the car itself exceeded my expectations. Gregg went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I was in and out of the dealership so fast, deal finalized, driving away from Bozard Ford with a huge smile on my face!!! The entire staff and the atmosphere is amazing and I found the environment so welcoming. Shane Louth in finance was also a blessing in my eyes. His insight and knowledge of what I was looking for was appreciated without the high pressure sales. I got everything I wanted and it was the quickest finance experience of my life.
