Manager is completely rude. I had to change a part that was changed twice already, and was car was looked at 2 months ago for any problem with a specific request to avoid the pr I had to change a part that was changed twice already, and was car was looked at 2 months ago for any problem with a specific request to avoid the problem with the car that was reoccurring, and another Chevy dealership admitted that the part would have to be faulty due to it being replaced just over 2 years ago. Manager was completely rude and out of line with stating that the part was old and stated that it was 6 years old, when the car is a 2020 and the part was replaced in 2023 when he was given the paper work before hand. A mange that has the audacity to say something like, and be completely wrong that should not have the job. Only the sales individual was nice about the car. We should have logistically not had to pay for anything as it was all oversight and Chevy faulty equipment. All they can tell me is that we are all human, which to me is an inappropriate. If it your mistake then I should be refunded for the service or part that has failed. I have been going to Chevy dealerships for years and this one is the worst. More

I love the Chevy dealership in Mt Pleasant- I have leased 2 cars here in the past 4 years and was so happy to deal with Chip on both occasions- I always feel that above all he’s so honest and makes the whole 2 cars here in the past 4 years and was so happy to deal with Chip on both occasions- I always feel that above all he’s so honest and makes the whole process so quick and simple. I just had my car serviced by Michael Patraude and he’s great too- he kept me informed the entire time and everything was done to my satisfaction… I even got a red velvet cake on the way out! Great sales always great service!! Thank you More

Service writer and sales is great from a customer interaction side. What I don’t appreciate as a consumer is scheduling an appointment on one day and finding out my car had not been taken in until interaction side. What I don’t appreciate as a consumer is scheduling an appointment on one day and finding out my car had not been taken in until the following day. So the additional inconveniences of juggling transportation and extra fees for Ubers etc. That part wasn’t cool. Don’t schedule someone if you can’t put them in on their scheduled day. More

Shane is by far the best service agent I have ever worked with! He tells me everything I need to watch and reminds me things that are important!!
