Brought my car in after it wouldn’t start after an oil change. Had to have my car towed to dealership. Something hadn’t been reconnected back when doing the oil change. I went in for just an oil change. They said I needed other stuff. They said they did a tire rotation but in fact my husband had just worked on my car tire night before and the tires They said I needed other stuff. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10:45. They did not get my car done for over two hours! I finally get my car back and paid at 1:00 in the afternoon. That is just unacceptable. Wh at 10:45. They did not get my car done for over two hours! I finally get my car back and paid at 1:00 in the afternoon. That is just unacceptable. Why bother making an appointment? I got an attitude from the service advisor who told me that next time I need to be more patient:( More
