We actually test drove another SUV and while the other vehicle, was out of his expertise, Shane was still helpful and added no pressure to lean one way or the other. We ended up settling on the Q5, but it was because we trusted Shane’s knowledge and knew we’d get a reliable vehicle. Shane proxied our financing as well and at the end, took the time to setup the power options on the Q5. If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, Shane is your man!
