Shane was so helpful and so responsive. The process was a little more complicated for me because I was traveling from Maple Valley Washington to his dealership in Beaverton Oregon. He got an Uber for me, he helped me understand which train to take. Once we got to his office he made us feel so welcome even during this time of the pandemic. The cars we got were exceptional, I was looking for one owner vehicles with low mileage, got both cars 1 for my wife 1 for my daughter everybody is exceptionally happy!
