Make Sure You Visit This Dealership Before Your Purchase! I started my Subaru Forester research in March. I visited all the Subaru dealerships in the DFW metroplex. I met Shannon in June and she showed me the 2019 Forester. She was very knowledgable and patient as I took my time going through ALL the new features. I decided to wait and purchase the 2020 Forester. On November 5th I drove through the dealership parking lot at 6:45 AM and found the PERFECT vehicle (color combination). I sent an email to Shannon who was actually out of the office that day but I received a reply from Dustin indicating the vehicle was available. He gave me the price and said that Wing could show me the vehicle that evening. I met Wing that evening, we went through a thorough inspection of the vehicle and then went for a drive. At the end of the evening I was in the finance department completing the paperwork. The next day I went back to the dealership to pick up the car and meet the service department. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my TRUSTED Service Advisor for over 20 years was a part of the Five Star Subaru family. Needless to say that was the last star needed. New lifetime customer We had gone in to look at new cars, and I was pretty nervous given my horrible experience with a different manufacturer the last time I bought a car. We had gone in to look at new cars, and I was pretty nervous given my horrible experience with a different manufacturer the last time I bought a car. It was my first time buying alone (and as a woman), but Shannon was SO HELPFUL as soon as we walked in and treated us like family. She was honest with us, made great conversation outside of the car stuff and never pressured us into anything. She was open to discussing so many options and was patient as we took our time to make decisions. I cannot day enough good things about this dealership. Shannon and our finance guy stayed late to help us and make sure everything was in order. The next day, Shannon took time out of her day to help me learn all of the functions of the car. She even gave me her personal phone number and has answered my questions multiple times in the past month of having my car. Not only is the WHOLE STAFF personable, but I even got cookies and a cool insulated cup in the mail! We are so pleased with our no-hassle purchased and we will 100% be a Subaru family moving forward. Well that thought went out the window as soon as I met Shannon. She was very understanding with the fact that I'm a terrible on-the-spot decision maker and always have to sleep on it. With her letting me go the first day we met was the exact reason why I came back to her even though I found a better deal at another location. She and her team were able to work it out that I just couldn't be happier. Even after the sale was over, she checked on me to make sure everything is good and she's able to accommodate more recommendations and provide options if I'm not totally happy with any part of the deal. She's outstanding and exceeds expectations! More
