Deserving the Five Star name for sure It all started with me being curious about Subaru on the internet and suddenly my email and voicemail are full. This dealership is the closest so I responded to Shannon with no expectation other than car dealerships are known to be pushy so I had to stand my ground no matter what. Well that thought went out the window as soon as I met Shannon. She was very understanding with the fact that I'm a terrible on-the-spot decision maker and always have to sleep on it. With her letting me go the first day we met was the exact reason why I came back to her even though I found a better deal at another location. She and her team were able to work it out that I just couldn't be happier. Even after the sale was over, she checked on me to make sure everything is good and she's able to accommodate more recommendations and provide options if I'm not totally happy with any part of the deal. She's outstanding and exceeds expectations! More

Drove from Oklahoma and worth it. After looking at and driving various cars at Oklahoma dealerships, we settled on the White Forester with the Sable interior. For various reasons, we were not happy with our experiences with Oklahoma dealers, so we started looking on the internet in Texas. We found the car we wanted on order at Five Star in Grapevine. Our contact was Shannon Reust, who from the beginning, was straightforward and helpful. We were able to do everything through Shannon and didn't even have to drive to the dealership from Oklahoma. We agreed on a price, a workaround for financing the car in Oklahoma, and other details all over the phone and via email. They even ended up holding the car for more than a week because of us being on vacation. When we arrived at Five Star, there were no surprises and things went smoothly. Everything was exactly as we agreed to on the phone, with no little extra-charge or additional-fee bunnies popping up everywhere. We were very grateful for not having to go through that kind of sale. After the sale, Shannon showed us as much about the vehicle as we could digest, and we were happily on our way. Also, kudos to Bentley, the finance guy. He offered various options for us to purchase, but if we declined, he easily said okay without pressure. We did purchase the extended warranty though, thinking it was reasonable.
