Great It is always a great experience at VW in walnut creek. The Greeter is not very friendly and sit at a desk with an ipad until you leave your car and he It is always a great experience at VW in walnut creek. The Greeter is not very friendly and sit at a desk with an ipad until you leave your car and he appears. And he asks for your keys..but I don't leave them so they dont take the car away right away. Saab service We have a Saab 9-5 that needed service so it would pass its smog requirements. O was able to make an appointment for a good day and time and brought t We have a Saab 9-5 that needed service so it would pass its smog requirements. O was able to make an appointment for a good day and time and brought the car in. Was greeted promptly and took care of the paperwork. Caught their complementary shuttle to the Walnut Creek shopping district. When the time came that the car was to be ready a return shuttle was used. All and all the experience with the dealership was very good. More
