Work was donecsatisfactorily. Poor communication among service staff. I was informed that my car, would not be ready until the next day. After obtaining my loaner, getting something to eat and driving thru the dock area, I headed back home 2 hours away. Thirty minutes out, I received a call saying my car was ready. Turning around, I made it back before closing. Took awhile to find my keys. The next morning, i received a call that my car was ready for pick up.!! More
