Prior to contacting Rallye BMW I've visited few other BMW dealerships nearby me, no o real professional, no pressure and ready to make a fair deal. Prior to contacting Rallye BMW I've visited few other BMW dealerships nearby me, no one can compete with the experience I've had with Vito, I saw he had a car with the options I was looking for, I called him and explained I already test drove the model and ready to make the purchase if we can do it over the phone, Vito was very courteous, explained everything to me and gave me a very competitive trade-in value for my car, we then proceeded with the purchase. I particularly appreciate the pricing/fees transparency he provided to me, I've had horrible car buying experiences in the past at other dealership where they make you sit through hours of negotiation and then try to xxxx you over non-sense financing fees. But Vito has completely transformed that prospective. Rallye BMW should be the STANDARD for all dealerships, especially now we are in the internet age, where you can easily look up a dealership and their ratings.
