It was a very smooth experience working with Mr. Wachsman given the entire sale was done purely over the internet via emails and texts due to the pandemic!. I really recommend him to all future buyers. Ms. Sharonda was absolutely fantastic and helped me again, all purely online to find and figure out the right protection packages to go with my purchase. The entire dealership visit for collecting the vehicle and closing the transaction took an hour or less because she had everything sorted out and lined up perfectly to close things out. Last but not the least, I want to thank Troy for his excellent service picking me up (sorry for keeping you wait for more than an hour!) and going over the vehicle and its features with me during the drive to the dealership and before I headed out with the vehicle out from the dealership.
