Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia, South Carolina, always treats the customer well. The sales people are well-informed and Shaun in the service department was courteous and helpful while answering numerous treats the customer well. He explained the importance of vehicle maintenance (oil changes) as we live in a state with a lot of heat and humidity and because I drive few miles regular maintenance is very important. I can always tell the difference in the way my car drives after maintenance. More

Good Service! Had water leaking inside my 10 year old Lexus. The team at Jim Hudson Lexus quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately dealt with it. Fabulous and quick service! Check engine light came onand I panicked. I am a single Mom with 3 children. I called Darryn and within 30 minutes service scheduled pick up. I had a loaner in less than 2 onand I panicked. I am a single Mom with 3 children. I called Darryn and within 30 minutes service scheduled pick up. I had a loaner in less than 2 hours. Received a video text of the findings. My car was back 24 hours after it left. I am a loyal Lexus customer! More

Excellent service I don't do minimums on demand so I just write stuff here as a filler. I have warned you before that if you keep insisting on this I will ignore these requests. Now, though, since you have already pissed me off, I will tell you how I REALLY feel about my visit. My ten year-old GS 460 died in the road because of a "stoppage in the drainage system" which caused "overflow water to shut down the computer" which in turn caused me to have it towed to the dealer. Once there, service was prompt, professional, courteous, and satisfactory, EXCEPT for the cost. If you believe anyone could be happy about paying $778 to fix such a BS failure you are insane. I remain happy with our LS 500 (our eighth Lexus) and the dealership, but see this as a Lexus failure. I will probably not replace this vehicle with a ninth Lexus. More
