Finding a new 2022 Honda CR-V AWD was a challenge for us. Getting it with the exterior and interior colors we wanted was becoming impossible. Dealership after dealership told us that such a vehicle just didn't exist or that they wouldn't get built until late-summer. Then we met Luis Geataz-Morales at Valley Honda. Literally, Luis said "give me a few days - let me see what I can find." A few days later, Luis called us with the good news that he had found our CR-V in the color(s) we wanted. Within 10 days of that call, and after a very simple trade-in process, the new CR-V was in our hands. Throughout the process the entire Valley Honda Team was excellent and Luis made the entire experience simple and painless. Just took delivery of a 2022 Honda Ridgeline, our second vehicle purchase, from Valley Honda. Because of pandemic supply chain issues, it took 4 months from the time of our order to delivery of our vehicle vehicle purchase, from Valley Honda. Because of pandemic supply chain issues, it took 4 months from the time of our order to delivery of our vehicle. Our salesperson Dominic D’Alesio was “over the top EXCELLENT” in reaching out to us regularly to provide updates on the progress of the production and delivery of our vehicle! During this time interval, we initiated a couple of tweaks to our order for additional options. When we picked up our vehicle, Dominic was prepared and fully explained how our quote had changed from our original discussions to the requested updates. Since we upgraded from a 9 year old CR-V to a brand new Ridgeline, Dominic was very expert in pointing out the differences in the dashboard, instrument panel and technology feature updates and upgrades. He took the time to help us connect our iPhones to the vehicle Bluetooth system and our garage door opener to the Home Link system. If you decide to visit Valley Honda for a future vehicle purchase, we highly recommend that you ask for Dominic:-) More
