I’ve bought 4 cars from Findlay Toyota. Two Tacomas one Corolla Hybrid for my daughter. And a tundra just recently. My first Tacoma I wrecked it and contacted the dealer. First thing they a Two Tacomas one Corolla Hybrid for my daughter. And a tundra just recently. My first Tacoma I wrecked it and contacted the dealer. First thing they asked was, was I ok. I told them I wanted to replace with another Tacoma. When we showed up that had a Tacoma ready for me. But its towing capacity was not powerful enough to tow my tailer. I contacted the salesman and he told me a 2021 Tundar had just arrived that night. Came back next day and saw my forever truck. I actually enjoy coming here. The people are friendly and service is wonderful. Findlay replaced the bed cover and are replacing the gate latches. I would never expect to enjoy going to this dealership but we are treated friendly and respectful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota. Advisors are professional and personable. However, work still not done after several visits. Fuel door repair and rear wiper replacement not done. Disappointed with windshield replacement as However, work still not done after several visits. Fuel door repair and rear wiper replacement not done. Disappointed with windshield replacement as windshield glass is defective. Kudos to glass department for replacing the first windshield that was more severely defective. Toyota should not be manufacturing defective glass and the fact that two separate windshield have the same defect points to manufacturing problem. Perhaps I should’ve used OEA glass instead. There are other disappointments with the last three service visits but these are minor. More
