I brought our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for multiple
repairs, I went over all the issues with the Service Manager {Todd} and the Service Writer {Shaun} I also had multiple videos of the issues acting up

I also gave them a full google document of everything that was wrong and that needed to be done on our Jeep, this was on Jan. 18, 2024 at around 12:30 pm. The next time anyone had spoken to us about our Jeep was on 2/2/2024, then on 2/15/24, and then finally on 2/27/24. Then we went the whole month of March and almost the full month of April until we heard from anyone from service. During this whole time we were getting alerts from our Jeep app about SPEED ALERTS {87 mph on a 45 speed alert}, CURFEW ALERTS [Jeep was out after 6:00pm}, and the BOUNDRY ALERT {saying it was to far from dealership, then on April 23,2024 I got a alert saying there was a THEFT ALERT. So after our Jeep being gone over four months, I was informed today when I finally able to pick it up {went to get it last Wednesday but there was a bunch of damage, ie: Dent under passenger mirror, scratches on drivers and passengers front fender, gas door, dent above gas door}, Scratches still on passenger front fender I'm done... then my service writer informs me that the repair tech only fixed like maybe two things out of the twenty eight that was wrong, even though EVERYONE has seen the videos, and agreed before I dropped it off, that we would be taken serious, about our issues. Absolutely not what anyone should have to deal with when you buy a brand new $58k SUV. I get into the JEEP to leave the gas gauge is buried in the red, and it was a FULL TANK when I dropped it off, but I'm sure whom ever was driving it, definitely knew that it was out of gas, and they just didn't care at that point. I just hope anyone that reads this rating thinks about the service, before making the decision of dropping off your new SUV to be not repaired and gone for months.

When you originally came into our store on Jan 18th we discussed the concerns that you were having. You also stated that you were in the buyback process with Jeep but wanted to see if we could help address your concerns. You had 28 concerns on the repair order and we had an agreement to work on some at a time due to the poor service you received elsewhere. We also know that the majority of the concerns were very intermittent. We operated your vehicle for over 100 miles trying to duplicate your concerns. We also reached out to jeep looking for some assistance as well. You have had this vehicle at multiple stores and have had no "luck" in getting the items you are concerned about repaired. We also ran into a dead end as well on most of them. You also provided documentation (STAR Bulletins) that actually do not apply to your particular vehicle or concerns. Since they do not apply they were not completed. Yes, I agree, your advisor should have been in contact with you more often. I do apologize for your vehicle receiving damage while at our location. We did send it out to get repaired even though it states that we are not responsible for damage on vehicles left at our facility. I agree that we should have put some fuel back in your vehicle as a courtesy. I am offering a fill up for you if you wish to receive it. I do apologize for your experience not being to your expectations, and hope you find resolution from Jeep for your concerns. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Yes we have had our vehicle at multiple locations but on Wednesday evening while backing the Jeep into our Garage, it did the exact same thing that we brought it in for back in January. I took another Video, also it isn’t keeping the memory for the drivers seat, also I told you and the service writer that there were two different things going on, that could ONLY BE NOTICEABLE IN THE COLD WEATHER. But still, we got back the paperwork from your dealership saying that you all couldn’t get it to, act up again. If it is WARM outside, then how do you expect for it to be shown. {Howling Noise from Transfer Case between 51-61 mph & Left leg freezing while the rest of the vehicle stays warm}. Also we told you that the transmission doesn't want to shift properly when it is in city traffic, but that wasn’t repaired. A/C whistles, no repairs, etc… Lots of other issues just were just “Looked at & dismissed” even though you all seen proof through videos of the issues. About the holes in the exhaust pipe, actually we were at Your dealership when the Techs pointed them out and said: That shouldn’t be like that, but then on our paperwork you all said it’s NORMAL! Like xxx? Front bumper to fender still DOES NOT SIT RIGHT TO THE FENDER, and please tell me why our engine looses coolant… and not but least… There was a stored code in the Jeep the day I brought it in and it said the it lost signal to the crankshaft position sensor, I told you all that the Jeep had stalled on me before and NOBODY has explained why this has happened to us.

How would you take it if you took your vehicle to the dealership that is supposed to be FACTORY CERTIFIED TECHS, and then when you drop it off you wrote down the miles {which was 21576} but then when you picked it up the service writer had wrote it up showing that it came in with 21969! That is a HUGE deal to me, I know that our Jeep was drove WAY OVER 100 MILES, cause when we dropped it off to you all on January 18, 2024 I had just filled the tank, and wrote down the miles, see I got use to doing that after 30 years of owning my own trucking company. There is NO WAY, in the world that in only 100 miles you all burned through a full tank of gas, and the day I came up there to get the paperwork out of the Jeep to get plates renewed sometime in February there was mud slung all up the passenger side, and there is still currently red mud in the door jams, {Just to let you know we don't go down dirt roads EVER}. So someone was definitely using it for something other than a test drive, plus there were SALT PACKETS in the passenger seat, {remember my wife was sitting there the day we dropped it off, so there is NO WAY we put them there}. While you all had our Jeep we were getting alerts from our Jeep app saying: SPEED ALERT 87 mph, CURFEW ALERT after 6:00 pm the vehicle was still out driving somewhere, we also got a BOUNDRY ALERT showing that the JEEP left the city of Lawton. All these issues still nothing were addressed and still having the same issues we had, before we dropped it off, its like nobody wants to fix things anymore they just want peoples money and pretty much don't want to hear from them again until they need another vehicle. Well I'm not one of those people, our money is hard earned and you all need to stand by the warranties and FIX THE PROBLEMS AND STOP TRYING TO COVER UP THE ISSUES BY JUST SAYING: " Can not duplicate" and think its going to go away, because us consumers have had ENOUGH.
