This was our 1st brand new car purchase through a dealer, so to say that starting the whole process from scratch was a little intimidating, is an understatement. Shaun Hayes bucked the trend and complete so to say that starting the whole process from scratch was a little intimidating, is an understatement. Shaun Hayes bucked the trend and completely dispelled all of the typical "salesmen" cliches and made the process super simple, straightforward, to the point and without hassle or awkwardness, from start to finish. At no point did we feel pressured or "sold to" in any sort of way. He was accessible, responsive and above all else, pleasant to communicate with. We def. feel like we made the right choice with our purchase and would hands down go through Shaun and Smythe Volvo again, if we had to do it all over. The team of Shaun Hayes, Jeff Morocho and Jeff Zhu were great to work with. Took an initial test drive and was able to handle all negotiations and paperwork remotely.
