I experienced immense professionalism on the part of the folks I worked with at Smythe Vovlo. Bob and Shaun were very understanding of what I could afford and worked diligently and patiently to get me the best financing because after many years of no car payment, I am not back to a car payment! Bob sat with me in the car for a length of time to review all features so I would know how to use everything for safe driving. The blue tooth phone is a new one for me so we played with it for quite awhile until I go the hang of it. SO HAPPY to have a CD player in the car!!!! Thanks to everyone who helped to make this process seamless and a happy experience. I will be recommending them to all I know who are in need of a new or used car. More

We spotted a cream puff on Smythe's lot headed down to take a closer look. Every person that we have dealt with in the Smythe organization has been nothing short of spectacular. Kind, courteous and responsive are just a few of the words that I would use to describe this dealership. Being that we were looking at a used vehicles there were a few hiccups that we wished to have addressed. Smythe addressed these issues without a second thought. No haggling or excuses. They corrected all of our concerns without the blink of an eye. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without the slightest of hesitation and look forward to hopefully buying another Volvo from them in the future. More

My husband and I were not sure which model we wanted to purchase and spent a great deal of time with Chris Jones test driving and discussing different My husband and I were not sure which model we wanted to purchase and spent a great deal of time with Chris Jones test driving and discussing different options. He was very patient and attentive. We also spoke to PJ Lee about ordering an XC that we would have to wait a few months for. It took a while to make sure we picked out the perfect car and Chris and PJ could not have been nicer. When we picked up our new car (it arrived earlier than promised!) Chris was extremely thorough in showing us how the car worked with great patience and humor. We did have a small hiccup after leaving the showroom with a warning light and this is where Chris really showed what an attentive salesperson he is. He coordinated with the service department to get the warning light addressed and followed up at every step. We want to give a shout out to Tom in the service department who showed extreme patience and professionalism when I brought the car back in. He did everything he could to make the experience as easy as possible. All in all, this purchase experience was one of the best we have ever had and we would highly recommend Smythe Volvo. And finally: we LOVE our new car! More
