Extremely Happy Hyundai of New Port Richey is very easy to deal with. Always get appointments around the time and day I need. Service people are always very nice an Hyundai of New Port Richey is very easy to deal with. Always get appointments around the time and day I need. Service people are always very nice and very knowledgeable. I always get asked if I need a ride while I am waiting for my car. I usually say no because the waiting area is great. While waiting you can watch TV, eat cookies, pop corn, coffee or water. Can’t ask for anything more than that. I get my car washed and the wait time is not forever. Anyway that’s been my pleasant experience. I have been dealing with Hyundai of New Port richey for at least 20 years and have purchased many cars from them for us and our children. More

Great Service BUT always a long wait. I really like your service department. Your employees always take the time to listen if we have any questions or concerns. I feel you are honest when I really like your service department. Your employees always take the time to listen if we have any questions or concerns. I feel you are honest when you fix or service our vehicle and do not try to sell unnecessary work to be done...However I have never been able to get in and out in less than 3-4 hours OR more. I realize that sometimes things just happen and you get lined up...but Every time I come in it is like that. It might help if when booking you allowed a little more time for each vehicle so that you are not overbooked and cause a backlog. ...... It is just a suggestion...Over all I am very pleased with your Dealership and your service department. I am a returning buyer (this is my 3rd vehicle from you) More

My reasons for giving a less then 5 star review is simply because I don't think they have real mechanics on staff. I call them "code chasers" if there isn't a code they have no idea how to address a concern. Everything I have complained about or identified has been returned to me with out a fix. I am told that it is up to specs. More

Auto service with a smile I arrived at the dealership and within a minute was greeted at.my Car. We discussed what service I was there for. He offered two more worthwhile items I arrived at the dealership and within a minute was greeted at.my Car. We discussed what service I was there for. He offered two more worthwhile items I would receive at no cost to me; of course I agreed. The dealership is always clean and comfortable. At the agreed upon time, the same man told me the work was completed, and we then reviewed the service work and charges; the price was less than I expected. Overall, an excellent experience, as always. More

Service done in a timely fashion. Greeted quickly, service was done in the time advisor said it would be. Waiting area is nice, cookies, popcorn and coffee was good.
