We had contacted them ahead of time to let them know we were coming and what we wanted to see. The dealership was busy on a Saturday, but Ana Lima quickly greeted us and took us to the car we wanted to see - it was sitting out front and ready to drive. After some pleasant negotiations, we made a deal. Although it took a bit longer than we expected, we drove home with a beautiful Lexus RX 350. Ana was very knowledgeable about the car, was very attentive, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Chad was great with the car tech overview and orientation. The financing paperwork was such a breeze with the cool desk computer overlay and signing process. We plan to keep this car for a long time - but we would highly recommend this dealership and Ana - she was the best! More

However, upper management insisting on some newer applications on a 10-year old car is not very practical and is very expensive for an older vehicle. As I told them, it's like putting lipstick on a pig. I understand your need for profit, but that is an outrageous way to push costs on customers. If you were buying a 10 year old car with 96,000 miles, would you be wanting to have paint-seal put over paint that has been exposed to 10 years of sun, rain, etc.? Overall, I really like the car, but your dealership is pushing the limits on us older veterans, guess you learned it from the Government. Terry Kehoe More
