It was a pleasent experience. Since the beggining Ana took care of me; she was very proffesional, attentive, friendly, communicative and honest. I live in south Florida (at 180+ miles from the physical location of the dealer) and all the initial back and forth to get the information around the car I was interested in was made either via phone, text messages and email. After we agreed to move forward with the 'trade of the vehicle', Ana cleaner and prep the vehicle for my arrival and everything went smooth. All the lexus associates I interact with were nice and very professional people. Everything was smooth from start to fi osh and I recommend 100% this Lexus dealership to anyone. More
