When I spotted the car I eventually bought, Ana was quick to work through the details while still making me feel valued as a person. Anyone who visits Lexus Sarasota and has the pleasure of working with Ana will be better for it. Not only is she a fantastic saleswoman, but she makes you feel valued as an individual while going through the purchase experience. Honestly, I was not looking forward to going into a car dealership because of past negative experiences with sales individuals, and feeling like I was merely a number towards a quota. But Ana flipped my thinking, and made me feel heard. She did not try to oversell me on anything and listened to all my needs, working diligently give me the best car option and experience possible.
