yesterday I went to Landers to have my first oil change done on my new 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited 4 x 4 that my wife and I bought about two months ago I must say this Landers is top-notch 100% the be done on my new 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited 4 x 4 that my wife and I bought about two months ago I must say this Landers is top-notch 100% the best I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I have been a salesman with Chrysler for over 30 years and never in my entire life. Have I ever seen such service and such awesome treatment at any dealership then from Landers they are hands-down the best that I’ve ever seen in my entire life if you buy a vehicle from anybody but Landers you’re a fool not only was the price awesome but after the sale was just top-notch hundred percent all around when I sat down in the lounge, they came to me three or four times to offer me beverages and things to eat and snacks to make sure my day was comfortable and I was only there for an hour and a half the best ever thank you, Landred. I was treated very poorly after the sale. I bought a used vehicle and they needed to repair some things on the car. Totally understand, but when the sales associate doesn't respond to texts a I bought a used vehicle and they needed to repair some things on the car. Totally understand, but when the sales associate doesn't respond to texts and acts like you're bothering him....not acceptable. Took way too long to fix the issues and was treated like trash. Very displeased and I do not recommend setting foot on any of their car lots. More
