Excellent Customer Service I highly recommend Heritage Subaru for your next car purchase. EVERYONE greets you and they always have a pleasant smile. My salesperson Mei Kei Hon I highly recommend Heritage Subaru for your next car purchase. EVERYONE greets you and they always have a pleasant smile. My salesperson Mei Kei Hong is outstanding. We had a difficult situation to get through. She stayed in contact with me during the whole ordeal and worked with us until finally we got our new car. Kudos to the Jen at Heritage Collision, the general manager and Josh in finance for working with us too. My situation was unique, crazy and even mind-blowing but they helped me get through it. These people know what good customer service means. BRAVO!!! More

Exactly what I asked for I was in an accident and after they determined my vehicle was totaled I had a short window of time to figure out what I was going to purchase. I had done a lot of research online and there were a few vehicles at this dealership that I wanted to see. I called and spoke with the service manager and asked if he could have somebody ready to show me the vehicles at a certain time. I also told him the type of person I wanted to work with I told him I needed somebody who would listen and not just try to sell me on what was on their agenda someone who would answer my questions and be knowledgeable but also be willing to tell me when they didn't know the answer and we need to follow up on it versus trying to make one up. I told him that I had a number in mind I needed to make the things work out on a monthly basis and he scheduled me an appointment with Mei Kei Hong. When I got to the dealership she instantly greeted me and said I have the keys ready to show you the cars you asked for she had pulled them around front and was ready to answer my questions and let me look around. She asked for a copy of my driver's license so I could test drive whatever I wanted and she had a license plate ready to go. She even let me run by my house which was very close by to test if a dog crate would fit in the back of the vehicle I'd still leave room for me to be able to see through the rearview mirror. Some of these things may sound easy or minor but I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and it takes a team have people who really care about what's important to you as the customer. From the manager Shawn that I spoke to, to Mei Lei, to finance, we were able to make a deal that got me out the door with exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be sold or that I needed to haggle or hassle everybody was very upfront and honest the entire process. I would highly recommend you come meet this team. One thing that still blows my mind is they have two people on site that have a sole responsibility of understanding the technology in these vehicles. How many times have you sat in the car that was smarter than you only to look at your sales person and realize that they could tell you very little about all of the buttons and gadgets and what it meant and did? Often times I've driven off the lot having to read my own manual and push my own buttons to figure it all out. They schedule an appointment with me to meet with their Tech person to answer all of my questions and address the setup that I needed with the vehicle. I can't say enough good things about my experience so far they even Tracked Down the second key from the prior owner. If you're in the market Shawn is a great manager and he will put you with the right salesperson for your personality. Everybody in this place was so happy and smiling and nice helping each other out greeting each other's customers it didn't feel slimy at all I felt very warm very welcoming and like people actually enjoy their job huge diversity of staff and a really great experience all around. More

Amazing experience with 5 star service Today I took my brother in to buy a Subary Legacy and the experience was amazing from start to finish and that is much to do because of Shawn Davie an Today I took my brother in to buy a Subary Legacy and the experience was amazing from start to finish and that is much to do because of Shawn Davie and his staff. I was a previously very disappointed customer who after speaking to Shawn, decided to come back and give the dealer another chance to make things right. This is our 5th Subaru from this particular dealership and I can proudly say will NOT be the last. Shawn rolled out the red carpet for us and no games needed to be played. Shawn gave us a great deal (very happy) and Emily took care of all the details and was very energetic and friendly person. Thank you Shawn and Emily for restoring my faith in this dealership and gaining me back as a customer. Great Job! More

The unbelieveable made right Alex is the man. lol We had such a great time with him. Every step of the way, Alex was honest, upfront, and personable. My dad and I talked with at least 6 different dealerships and chose Heritage Subaru BECAUSE of Alex. I co-signed with my father and they sent the paperwork over-night to him in Florida. When the papers were signed and sent back to MD, I came to pick up my car. Somewhere between the detailer's lot and back to Heritage's front lot, my car was ruined. There was a deep scratch from the passenger door to the back passenger door and a hole in the bumper. I say this not to scare anyone, but for you to picture what the dealership must have been going through before calling me, knowing I would be there in 5 minutes. They could have lied and made some story up. Instead, they were honest and they parked the car in one of the first parking spots in the front of the dealership. Shawn, Alex's Manager, was upfront and crystal clear about everything; I respected that. He gave me all my options. He listened and understood that I needed a car even though mine was ruined. Shawn looked high and low for an exact replica of my original car and found one! I signed new papers and after they sent and received the new paperwork from Florida, I came to pick the second car up. Everyone was apologetic and made sure I was leaving there in love with my purchase. I CAN'T thank them enough for making me feel listened to and like I was being taken care of. I am certain we will return when we are looking for another car! Thanks guys! You were a blast to get to know! :) More

He didn’t give me the hard sell, answered all my questions and was extremely patient and engaging with all of my kids. A true professional.
