Unexpectedly great experience I have never had a good thing to say about a car dealership, but this place changed that. I came in after days of car shopping and negotiating expecti I have never had a good thing to say about a car dealership, but this place changed that. I came in after days of car shopping and negotiating expecting some typical game from bait and switch to high pressure add ons or surprise fees. If nothing else I expected them to rush me through as I had pushed the price down and the trade up. I was surprised to find none of this. Jon was pleasant, professional, and informative. All and all a great experience! More

Overall Great Experience I initially came in to get a second opinion on my Subaru at the service station. I did find the service department was not super responsive which was I initially came in to get a second opinion on my Subaru at the service station. I did find the service department was not super responsive which was a bit frustrating. After I realized I needed a new car, I looked into cars at the dealership. The car I initially wanted and decided to get was actually not supposed to be for sale, but we didn't find that out until our second day in there. And of course there was no car that was in the same condition for the same price. In the end, we did end up getting another car brought in from another dealer and that was great. The team at Heritage did work to find me the right car that I really wanted which I really appreciated. Working with Santos and Alex particularly was really great, they are both stellar people to buy a car from and helped me ultimately get out of the door with my car. In addition, Shawn went out of his way to get the car I wanted from Silver Spring, I only wish that we were shown a car we couldn't have in the first place. I will likely use the service center there in the future and would probably buy a car there again. More

I believe that I’ve found a dealership that stands by their word. Challenges may come up with purchasing a car, but it’s not the challenges that we look to avoid because not every challenge is avoidable, but knowing that someone is there to stand behind their word to deliver excellent service no matter what may arise, is what we need as customers. Heritage has done this. They are practicing old school customer service, simply by delivering what they promised; great service. The GM, Shawn Davie is a true gem and invaluable to the company and dealership. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this dealership as I look to buy a car for my daughter in the near future and to upgrade our family Subaru. Challenging start but ultimately very happy with my new/ used vehicle; very happy with the partnership of Heritage Subaru of Owings Mills.
