My family has been purchasing vehicles from Shawn for 3 generations. He is so knowledgeable at what he does, but even more than that he is kind and truly cares about his customers. There hasn't been a time I've said hey Shawn can we make this work that he hasn't made it happen. It's so nice to have such a honest hard working person to help with such a significant purchase. I will not go to anyone else for a vehicle. The rest of the staff at Ferrando have been nothing but accommodating to us each time we've been in. Be it an issue or just a regular tune up.
