I ended up meeting with Mark Suppa on Monday and traded in my car and leased a Ford Escape. Everyone including the Finance Lady were all really great. More

If you're tired of the Mega Dealers go to Jannell I initially went to Jannell to learn about options for my son. I was up front with Joe Daddio and told him I was just trying to learn. He spent an hour with me sharing valuable knowledge. When I went looking a new Explorer he questioned what I was looking for, and then directed me to a used car which not only had everything I could possible want, but saved me a lot of money. When it came time to finance I told him I preferred to work with my own bank. Taking his advice, he introduced me to Joanne who found me an even better deal. Don't waste your time with mega dealers. You know the ones I mean: "we pay cash so our costs are less, " "we have every dealership you want so we can give better trades". Just go see Joe at Jannell More

Service Dept. has been outstanding! Jannell's service department has been excellent!. Extremely efficient, fast turnarounds and great communication. Fees have been very reasonable. I've now been a customer at Jannell Ford for more than 30 years and although some of the names and faces have changed, welcome aboard Dina, the services provided continues to satisfy my needs... Bigger isn't always better. Dina was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful through this sale. Would recommend her as a sales person to friends. She is an asset to the Jannell team! More
