This was my 2nd bad experience with the service department but the service manager smoothed things over with the 1st visit. This visit I had an appointment and after 3 days I had to follow up and department but the service manager smoothed things over with the 1st visit. This visit I had an appointment and after 3 days I had to follow up and was assured it was “next in line”. Another 3 days I had to follow up again and they hadn’t even touched my truck. I then picked it up and no apologies when I picked it up. Very disappointing since this is the only Chevy dealer within Wise County. Won’t be back at this location for sales or service. More

We went with James Wood for the convenience of living in the same town.. we also didn't want to spend hours at a dealership. Everything was done through text or phone call. Once finished, we set up a time t the same town.. we also didn't want to spend hours at a dealership. Everything was done through text or phone call. Once finished, we set up a time to be there to sign the papers and we were done! Vehicle was ready and waiting outside, we went over the features and were on our way. That's how you do it!! Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Great Service! More

I worked with Shawn Hooe to get my scar scheduled for service. I decided to wait at the dealership while they worked on my car.
