I am originally from New York and moved to Florida when I was 11. After graduating high school, I served 4 years in the Army. While in the Army, I was stationed in Berlin Germany. I earned my degree from the University of Maryland. I have been in the automobile industry most of my life. When I was in high school, I was a car porter at a Cadillac dealership and then after the Army, I became a Service Advisor at a Ford dealership. I have been the Service Manager at Crown Nissan since April 2001.

Was excited to pick out a vehicle after doing so took the vehicle for a test drive ,after being there for hours to complete paperwork,I thought the car would be detailed but it wasn't, the previous owner ha vehicle for a test drive ,after being there for hours to complete paperwork,I thought the car would be detailed but it wasn't, the previous owner had a dog ,there are two things dog's are known to leave behind and both were in my vehicle (YEP). very! Very! Unsanitary, took the car back the next day after calling ,my 3yr old grandson would have done a better job at cleaning the vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More

Crown Nissan I have been dealing with Crown Nissan Dealership for many years. They have been absolutely perfect in every department. The concierge person comes to I have been dealing with Crown Nissan Dealership for many years. They have been absolutely perfect in every department. The concierge person comes to me immediately as soon as I pull in and greets me. As soon as I walk into the building, the service people always ask if they can offer assistance. During the visit, sales people also offer assistance, and there is no waiting. All the departments are super pro and make sure that I am well taken care of. Lara Hatch, in Concierge is not on the list, and I would like to give her 5 stars as well. More
