He was very helpful, informative, extremely courteous, and was very knowledgeable about all Honda models and the features of each model of vehicle. The sales process was straightforward; I only worked with one sales professional and one finance professional. The sales manager also stopped by Mr. Risner’s work area to introduce himself and to get to know me. The personalized service I receive at Roush Honda and the quality products Honda produces is the reason I keep coming back to Roush Honda. The CR-V I purchased has a lot of the latest automotive technology and the vehicle has a really smooth and quiet ride. Honda has done a nice job improving the CR-V since my last CR-V, a 2010 model. I have also been using the Roush Honda Service Department for 13+ years. When entering the Service drop off area, you are always greeted warmly and the process of checking in your car begins with little to no wait time. The waiting room and showroom floor is spacious and clean, has plenty of comfortable chairs, along with very clean bathrooms, WIFI, and a refreshment area that offered coffee and tea. Service of my car has always been completed within the time-frame that I was given and once the service is complete the service professionals take the time to go over all the service that was done to your vehicle and takes the time to answer any questions. I have always been very satisfied with the sales professionals and the service professionals at Roush Honda and I would definitely recommend to family and friends. More

No Pressure / Great Deal /Great People ...Since 1987 I had nothing but a positive experience at Roush Honda. This is nothing new. I have been going to Roush since 1987 when I went with my mom to buy he I had nothing but a positive experience at Roush Honda. This is nothing new. I have been going to Roush since 1987 when I went with my mom to buy her first new Civic. Shawn Risner provided me with the all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. We had been in contact for about 3 months, and through that time he never once made me feel pressure to buy from him. He treated me with respect and was honest with me. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Shawn and his team made the transaction smooth and efficient. I think that is the fastest car transaction I've ever had. You really can't go wrong if you go to Roush Honda. More

Joe Glomsik, Manager - Extremely unprofessional! VERY disappointed in Roush Honda on 2/18/16. I tried to negotiate a price on a vehicle while also trading in a vehicle. First, they play old-school ne VERY disappointed in Roush Honda on 2/18/16. I tried to negotiate a price on a vehicle while also trading in a vehicle. First, they play old-school negotiating, don’t give you any numbers until the games are played (1 1/2 hours), take your car keys and keep them until you’ve talked to the Manager JOE GLOMSIK who was extremely rude. He told me to sell my vehicle to Car Max and then come back to him and he’d negotiate a better price on his car. Once he found out I wasn’t interested in purchasing at Roush Honda (since they won’t negotiate as compared to other Honda dealerships in Central Ohio), Joe stomped/pouted away with NO handshake, nor could even say…Thank You for coming in! Since that time, two associates have called me and apologized for his behavior. Personally, I would never buy there. I don’t know if he was rude because I am a woman, or just completely disrespectful to anyone when they tell him they aren’t interested. PLEASE shop around because other dealerships will treat people with respect and I’m very happy with my new Honda purchased at another very reputable dealership! More

They will not push you into anything that you do not feel comfortable with. I personally worked with Shawn Risner. Shawn was patient, attentive and caring. It was like sitting with an old friend. I also worked with Rich Broderick in finance. Rich made it his priority to get nothing but the best rate. He was understanding, attentive and extremely friendly. Options were patiently explained to me in a manner that helped me purchase the car I wanted. Shawn Risner further reviewed my options and drove me around to look at the colors of the vehicle that were available to me. We took our time talking about the overall car and what was offered. Shawn comprehensively reviewed my options, helped me reinforce my decision and gave me the confidence that I would always have an individual at the dealership whenever I had questions. It also helps that he was able to have a little humor in our interaction as well. Sometimes going to purchase a car can be such a daunting process. This was not the situation at Roush Honda.
