Capable of doing better Went in to take a look at a vehicle. They were quick to bring it out front for me to test drive. I came back from the test drive and immediately went Went in to take a look at a vehicle. They were quick to bring it out front for me to test drive. I came back from the test drive and immediately went to work with the salesmen on numbers. Got to a number im ok with and about 30 minutes later i was in the finance office signing paper work. It wasnt until after that that things got a bit frustrating. I was told at one point they would drop the car off on a Tuesday (i live in NH.) Tuesday came around no call. Called them, said they were too busy to drop it off, theyll drop it off later on in the week. I calles them Thursday and asked what day they would drop it off, said Friday and that the people in there registration office would call me. No call. Called Friday and told them my town hall was closed. They called later on that day saying they wanted to drop it off, told them again my town hall was closed. Their response was they had no idea how my name made it to the board of vehicles to be dropped off on Friday, wanted me to come down on Saturday to pick it up with a temp plate. Went down on Saturday, vehicle was never detailed. The outside was dirty, the inside still had the same stains on the headliner that i noticed on the test drive. I could see dirt swirled on the paint and windows. Very unhappy with there reconditioning people. Salesmen excuse was they had to move it alot. Could of done a re-clean on vehicle before me showing up. More

The first car we purchased at Bourne Auto Sales My daughter and her husband needed another vehicle. Because they have 2 kids under 2 they needed an SUV.
