2013 Lexus GS 350 AMAZING The Team at Bourne's Auto Center is AMAZING. I was searching for a 2013 GS 350 and reached out to Jake Nevens. I have worked with Jake on 2 other Le The Team at Bourne's Auto Center is AMAZING. I was searching for a 2013 GS 350 and reached out to Jake Nevens. I have worked with Jake on 2 other Lexus vehicles and knew he would not disappoint. Within 2 days he had located 2 options for me. Both were exactly what I wanted. I went to the dealership and drove the car and days later drove it off the lot. Not only are you treated well by the Sales team, but Shawn S, the manager and Andy in the finance office take the time to understand what you need and deliver. I could not be happier with the car, the experience and the entire team at Bourne's Auto Center. You may read a few other reviews that are not as flattering as mine, but keep in mind these two facts. One, no one goes out of their way to say something nice but will to say something bad. And two, you can't please some people no matter how hard you try. Trust me, check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. More

Overall Good Experience Overall had a good experience with Bourne and would absolutely buy from them again. The only issue I had was with customer service and follow up. Af Overall had a good experience with Bourne and would absolutely buy from them again. The only issue I had was with customer service and follow up. After multiple calls to the sales associate and no call back, I unfortunately had to call the sales manager. I hate to go above the associate but after this going on for almost 6 months it was time to stop waiting and have issues addressed. They still owed me items from when I purchased my vehicle 6 months prior. After leaving a message with the manager I received a call back within hours and received very prompt service. The loan department was AMAZING and really worked with us to get us the best deal. Definitely recommend and will see them again the the future. More

Re-review of my Volvo Purchase I am re-writing my review of my purchase of my Volvo. I recently had written a bad review for Bourne Auto when I discovered that I had tires that were I am re-writing my review of my purchase of my Volvo. I recently had written a bad review for Bourne Auto when I discovered that I had tires that were cupped and wasn't aware of it until I had the tires rotated. I was just 10 days over my 90 day warranty from Bourne Auto Sales when I made the discovery. I finally contacted Shawn Saunders, the sales manager, and he did in fact give me two new tires to replace the bad tires. So in light of this good will act on their part, I would in fact buy another vehicle from them. However I would advise that the buyer of any vehicle thoroughly check out their purchase within the 90 day warranty period to make sure that there are no issues. I am very happy that they were willing to accommodate me and want to again thank them. More

Everything I hate about buying the car buying experience (pushy salesman, high stress, back and forth negotiating, pressure from Manager, and of corse the Finance person who is typically as much pushy as the salesman) is non-existent at Bourne Auto. My salesman John was great to deal with. He was knowledgable and not full of your typical BS salesman talk. It was nice to deal with a salesman who was down to earth and not pushy. The same goes for Shawn and the Finance Manager Carlos. It was a great overall experience at Bourne. It is probably the last place I will ever shop for a used car. Thanks again for the quick, friendly, no pressure experience! More

"Fantastic Car Buying Experience" My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Bourne's Auto Center. John Benner, Jake Nevens, Shawn Saunders were just a few of the many people that My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Bourne's Auto Center. John Benner, Jake Nevens, Shawn Saunders were just a few of the many people that had helped us purchase our 2008 Chevy Suburban. They were all very friendly, easy to work with, and honest. We felt that they went above and beyond while helping us make some decisions on purchasing our vehicle. Their "No Hassle Price" is great, there is no negotiating on a price what you see is what you get, which takes a lot of the pressure off of you. We are very pleased with our 2008 chevy suburban it is in mint condition with low miles. We also are so happy with this car buying experience we will definitely be referring people here if they are out in the market for a used car. More
