I recently purchased my second car from David Pair who is always helpful and thorough. There is clearly a team effort approach and they do care about the customer and ensuring you are completely satisfied throughout the process including when you drive away which is unlike some dealerships who only care about the sale. In addition to David, Seng Pell, Shawn Saunders and Carlos Machado from Finance made this a tremendous experience. Our family is thrilled with the car and I can say freely that this is the only dealership where I will purchase cars in the future. More

Honest, personable and all around great experience. This dealership is not similar to other dealerships I've worked with. What you will notice right off the bat is that the sales associates and managers work together to make your experience smooth and hassle free and it remains that way till you walk out the door with the new keys in your hand. I worked with Shawn Weir, Jake Nevens and Shawn Saunders all of which worked efficiently to make my purchase simple and enjoyable. The business has a great selection of vehicles which are all available to test out at the snap of a finger. I would definitly recommend any potential car buyer or trader to go to Bourne's Auto Center, they know their stuff. What really stood out to me was the patience and dedication that Jake Nevens put in to help me out. If you go to Bourne's Auto Center I suggest you ask for him. He's your best bet. More

The Amazement Continues Oh Bournes, how doth I love thee! My wife and I just completed our 6th and 7th transactions with Bourne's last weekend. That number doesn't reflect Oh Bournes, how doth I love thee! My wife and I just completed our 6th and 7th transactions with Bourne's last weekend. That number doesn't reflect the countless others to friends of ours we have encouraged to do their car buying here. I often share the ease and excitement that comes along with the purchasing process with everyone in my social circle. You'd be amazed what I see on their computers when I turn around every now and then.......the Bourne's website......BIG SHOCKER! Bourne's gave me top dollar for my trade and got me a financing rate nearly 4 points lower than what they initially expected for my current purchase. That means they have banks working for you....NOT AGAINST YOU! Many people will talk about a great "experience" they have had. If you spend a little time looking you will see that many people are returning customers to Bourne's and are telling you about their "experience(s)"-plural. That should carry far more clout because reviews by those who make multiple purchases from one place are indicative of a trend with the one they are purchasing from. No hassle also means no pressure. I don't think a lot of people realize that. Sales isn't the only thing top notch with Bourne's either. I always purchase an extended warranty when I buy a vehicle from them. My last purchase was the only time I needed to use a warranty on so far but the process of getting the vehicle in and out was seamless. The hit that would have gone to my wallet would have been in the thousands but not with Portfolio's coverage. The plans Bourne's offer are legit and nothing like the scams offered in magazines or on television. Bourne's doesn't just deserve a good review....They deserve a round of applause! More

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! I just picked up a gorgeous Audi S5 convertible at Bourne's. The experience could not have been better. Flawless. I called David and arranged a tim I just picked up a gorgeous Audi S5 convertible at Bourne's. The experience could not have been better. Flawless. I called David and arranged a time to look at the vehicle. When I arrived, the car was pulled up front and ready to go. There was some initial confusion about the tires, but not only did the staff at Bourne's address the issue honestly and with integrity, they agreed to fix the issue at their cost. I then asked if I could take the car down to the local Audi dealer for an inspection. No problem. Before I knew it, they took it down the street and had the vehicle gone over bumper to bumper. There was a very minor issue with the car (hardly worth mentioning), which, you guessed it, Bourne's fixed for free. How do these guys make any money? I had been looking for this type of vehicle for years. The vehicle price was at least $5-$7K (!) lower than any other comparable vehicle in the area. And they gave me by far the most for my trade. More than I originally paid for the car! Dave - and then Shawn - ran around like crazy making sure the car was ready when promised. Even the general manager and the owner took a personal interest in my buying experience. Both Michael and Jason made the time to meet me when I arrived to close the sale. Their inspiring words sealed it for me. This was no ordinary dealership. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the driver side windshield wiper was missing. Even though it was after hours, Shawn found NEW wiper blades and had them installed immediately. Shawn apologized profusely. It was really no big deal. There was no rain in the forecast. Growing up in the projects in Worcester, MA, I never dreamed I would be in a position to own a vehicle of this quality. Bourne's made this dream a reality. I work with several high net worth individuals who live south of Boston and who buy cars more often than my wife buys shoes (which is saying something). I have made it a point to share my experience with as many of those folks as possible. More

A perfect car buying experience. This was the best dealership. No hassles, no haggling and no pressure. We arrived and John was ready to help us. We told him the vehicle we were interested in and he got the keys right away and offered us a test drive. Before we left we told him there were two other vehicles we were interested in. By the time we left he had both of them lined up and ready for us to look at. Impressive since one needed to come from their other lot. He also understood that we needed to be sure our car seat and stroller fit. We took a nice long drive and when we got back the was still no pressure. We told him what we wanted for our trade and he worked with Shawn to get it for us. Working with Andrew in finance was a breeze. Then other employees were so polite as well. Overall a great experience. I have a problem with pushy overbearing sales people and John and Shawn were the farthest form pushy. Highly recommended. More
