Simply the best! Have you ever walked into a car dealership and not had to play the "let me go talk to my manager game?" Well I might sound like an infomercial but you wont at Bourne's. At first I was skeptical- They were going to give me KKB for my car, the car I wanted was priced beyond reasonably, and they offered me a coupon off my extended warranty...I had to ask a few times whats the catch? I thought oh there must be fine print somewhere that says "this price with $arm&leg down payment." NOPE- There are no gimmicks at this place, no hidden anything, no hassle. They lined ever car I wanted to test drive up and let my husband and I test drive all of them (with out a salesman babysitting us). I really wish they advertised because I would write their commercial for them. My husband bought his G35 there, I bought a Cadillac and most recently an Acura, and my friends have all gone there since. Dave and Matt are great, I can't even call them salesmen because they didn't have to sell me on anything. I walked in and bought a car it was a breath of fresh air. I really hope all who read this will go there and experience what I have experienced 3 times now- car shopping bliss. More

My wife was looking to purchase a 2008 Infiniti G and we found a number of good ones to select from at Bourne's. Our budget was tight--and she really wanted red--so David Olson kept us in mind as Bourne co found a number of good ones to select from at Bourne's. Our budget was tight--and she really wanted red--so David Olson kept us in mind as Bourne continued to locate cars for their lot. David found ours within a week. Dave reserved the red G35X for us over the phone (small good-faith deposit via credit card that is refunded without question if we didn't want the car). The car was clean, quiet and a drove well. We shook hands and completed the sale. Shawn Saunders helped us beat our own bank's pre-approved finance terms. He explained everything very patiently and clearly. We experienced an odd noise from the car's fan after we selected a weird combo of defrost, heat, A/C, window or something. It was not anything that we picked up on during the test drive--nor would Bourne have probably done too in their preparation process. Regardless, we called David Olson, he said "no problem bring it in when you can." I made an appointment with Mike Clark and Mike's team replaced the fan without delay or any charges. Dave, Shawn and Mike couldn't have been more helpful, professional and wonderful to deal with. No pressures or funny business. I'm convinced that if you don't see the exact car that you're looking for on the web that Bourne's will be able to locate it for you and continue to sell it to you at a fair price. The G35X has been absolutely fantastic. (purchased 8 months ago... yeah, I procrastinate a little, but I purposely wanted some time to pass before I wrote a review). I have been telling anyone and everyone who is looking for a used car to head directly to Bourne's. I know that I'll be returning when it's my turn for a vehicle. More

David was great! He was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience with a car sales person who was not trying so hard to "sell" me whatever thay had to offer but rather seemed to just want to was my first experience with a car sales person who was not trying so hard to "sell" me whatever thay had to offer but rather seemed to just want to help me find what I was looking for. The entire process of looking for the right car, applying for financing, and purchasing the car was easy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Bourne's and David to someone looking for a good place to buy a vehicle. More

I found the entire experience at Bourne's much different from other car dealers. The employees I dealt were very professional, knew their job very well and helpful. I did not feel that I was being "sold" from other car dealers. The employees I dealt were very professional, knew their job very well and helpful. I did not feel that I was being "sold" but that they were assisting me in finding the right vehicle. David and Shawn were both very knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They followed up, got things done and I was able to get financed and pick up my new car within 48 hours. They answered every queston I had and were very patient. I was very impressed with both of them. The experience was completely stress free and they were great to deal with. I am also very impressed with the management. When I expressed concern about the tires on the vehicle I was given 4 new tires. That really made the difference for me. The price of the vehicle was fair although their policy is that their price was the bottom line and they would not discount at all. They did give me the new tires though which made the price fair overall in comparison to other vehicles I had looked at elsewhere. I have only had my new car for a week, but so far I am pleased with it. I would definitely recommend Bourne's and plan on going back for a car for my daughter within the next year. More

I just purchased my 4th car from Bournes. They have a great selection, great pricing, and a no pressure/friendly environment. David was a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, while Shawn got great selection, great pricing, and a no pressure/friendly environment. I would recommend Bourne Auto Sales due to the customer service. I was thrown into buying a car because I was in an accident which totalled my previous vehicle. My schedule is hectic and I had a short am service. I was thrown into buying a car because I was in an accident which totalled my previous vehicle. My schedule is hectic and I had a short amount of time given to purchase a new vehicle due to the insurnace company's car rental guideline. David Pair is the associate I dealt with. The car I purchased is a 2006 Lincoln Zehpyer. The car needed some work done before I could purchase it. David made it very comfortable to deal with the situation and he was very professional, polite and knowledgable throughout the entire purchase. David listened to what I felt the issues were with the car and was able to work with the service department until the proper repairs were made. If David wasn't so polite and professional, I don't know if I could have hung in there until the necessary repairs were made. Thank you David. Suzanne Fuller More

Matt was very attentive and contentious to us during our recent sale and delivery process of our LR3 . I found him to be trustful and he tried to always put the customer first. I went in to test drive four vehicles at Bournes and sale rep that I worked with was Matt. He assisted me in obtaining four vehicles for me to test drive. I waited for a couple of minutes and he had the f rep that I worked with was Matt. He assisted me in obtaining four vehicles for me to test drive. I waited for a couple of minutes and he had the first car ready for test drive. He informed me of the area and suggested for me to drive through an industrial drive where it was quiet to get a feel for the vehicle and also the neighboring highway. I went into Bounes with a preapproved loan from a credit union and Shawn (in Finance) was able to get a lower rate loan. Everything was done at the Bournes, from getting better rates, adding insurance coverage and putting plates on my new car. I was able to drive my new/used car home the day I went in for a test Drive. Execellent Service I Highly recommend it More
