I lost my Acura (previously purchased from Bourne's seven years ago) in a freak accident in late January. I needed a new car quickly and at a price I could afford. I saw a nice Lexus ES350 on the website and called to find out if it was still available. Matt Smith answered the phone and assured me it was, so I put down a deposit and came by in the afternoon to test drive it. It was a great car and I put a down payment on it that day. Matt checked with the local Lexus dealer to see if the recalls were done (they were) and Shawn handled all the financing details. (You've never seen anyone faster.) I now have a nice car to drive. More

I had a great hasle free expierence at Bourne's. Matt was great he was helpful with the whole process from picking out a car to driving away with my new one. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and was reaaly a great buying expierence. I highly recommend if your looking for a car at the best price you visit them. Also the finance process was great got the loan I was looking for fast and easy, I was dealing with Shaun in finance who was great. I had a delightful experience at Bourne Auto Center. A previous experience I had at another dealership involved them not being able to find the car I wanted on the lot, and then I waited for an hour and h previous experience I had at another dealership involved them not being able to find the car I wanted on the lot, and then I waited for an hour and half while they looked for it, and no one offered me any other help. I knew I would have a great experience even before I got to Bourne Auto, as Matt offered to pull a car around to the front before I even got there. The original car I was interested in was sold, but Matt had 5-6 other options available for the same price. He was willing to take me out for my test drives, as I was not familiar with the area, and was very helpful. If he did not know an answer he was determined to find out the right answer. He was not pushy, and was very helpful. Overall, my experience was great, while Matt assisted other customers, other employees were courteous and always making sure we were being helped. More

This has been the easiest car buying experience ever. Matt was so awesome and allowed us to test drive as many SUV's we wanted before deciding on the Ford Edge. There was no BS or sales pitch. It was a great experience and even the financing was a breeze. Even as busy as they were Matt took the time and answered any questions or emails i sent to him. I was looking for a Black Mercedes C 300 Sports version and still under factory warranty. I found online through autotrader that they had it in inventory. Drove there and met David Pair. I took the testdrive of the car and it was perfectly the car I wanted to buy. I reserved the car rightaway and worked with Shawn the Finance manager for the paper work and finalized the car in 15 mins of walking in. Everybody is nice and great people to deal with. Had a couple of minor issues with the car after I bought it, which they happily fixed it. Though i was equally responsible for that and should have checked it before buying the car. In short the overall experience was awesome and would definately recommend other friends and family to buy the car from there. More

After recently deciding I wanted to purchase a Cadillac STS, I did some research online to find a dealership that not only had the vehicle, but also received favorable reviews by other consumers. I was ve STS, I did some research online to find a dealership that not only had the vehicle, but also received favorable reviews by other consumers. I was very impressed with Bourne's. The variety of inventory available was impressive and I like the "no haggle" pricing. It's a lot easier to know what you are going to pay upfront rather than having to go back and forth a few times before agreeing on a price and still not really knowing if you got the lowest price. David Olson was very friendly and easy to work with. No pressure at all. He answered every question I had promptly and professionally. Shawn Saunders handled the financial transaction, and he also was friendly and very easy to work with. My experience at Bourne's was positive, and I would recommend them to any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Excellent service at Bourne's Auto Center! Not only were the salesmen friendly, but they were not pressuring me to buy a car on the spot. They were persistant, yet not annoying. They were exactly the type of people who I wanted to buy a car from, which I did. They made sure that I got everything that I wanted and presented the vehicle in mint condition. The finance, registration, and insurance was handled diligently and they got straight to the point. The exchange was convienant and easy! I love my vehicle and would recommend everyone who wants to buy a used car to go to Bourne's. More

I have always been a big fan of buying used cars to save on the depreciation aspect but I have to tell you.. Dealing with Bourne's Auto Center has made buying used cars THAT much better. I just bought my 4t on the depreciation aspect but I have to tell you.. Dealing with Bourne's Auto Center has made buying used cars THAT much better.
